 Follow this walkthrough in order. Each step builds on the last. Click any step to expand the details.

 Create your workspace

Set up your team, invite colleagues, and configure your first workspace.

1. 1  Register an account at the login page and confirm your email.
2. 2  Click "Create Team" and enter your organisation name.
3. 3  Invite colleagues by entering their email addresses — they'll receive an invitation email.
4. 4  Set your team slug — this becomes part of your workspace URL.
5. 5  You're now in your workspace. All data is isolated to your team by default.

    Pro tip: use a descriptive team name like "Acme Corp — Sales" if you plan to run multiple workspaces.

 Add companies &amp; contacts

Build your contact network — import from CSV or add records one by one.

1. 1  Navigate to Companies in the left sidebar and click "New Company".
2. 2  Fill in name, industry, website, and any custom fields you've configured.
3. 3  Inside a company, add People — contacts linked to that organisation.
4. 4  Use the Import button to bulk-import from a CSV file (columns auto-mapped).
5. 5  Each record gets an Activity Timeline automatically populated as you interact.

    Pro tip: import a CSV first to build your base, then enrich individual records manually.

 Build your pipeline

Create opportunities, assign pipeline stages, and start tracking deals.

1. 1  Open Opportunities in the sidebar to see the kanban board view.
2. 2  Click "New Opportunity" — link it to a company and set a value and close date.
3. 3  Drag cards between pipeline stages as deals progress.
4. 4  Add notes and tasks directly on each opportunity card.
5. 5  Use filters to view by stage, owner, value range, or close-date window.

    Pro tip: create a "Closed Lost" stage to capture why deals are lost — invaluable for AI analysis.

 Customise your data model

Add custom fields to any entity — no migrations, no code.

1. 1  Go to Settings → Custom Fields in the sidebar.
2. 2  Choose an entity (Company, Person, Opportunity) and click "Add Field".
3. 3  Pick from 22 field types: text, number, currency, date, select, multi-select, URL, email, phone, relationship, and more.
4. 4  Set conditional visibility rules — show a field only when another field has a specific value.
5. 5  Enable per-field encryption for sensitive data (API keys, NDA status).

    Pro tip: use Relationship fields to link custom entities together — builds a flexible graph of your data.

 Connect your AI agent

Point any MCP-compatible AI at the CRM and give it 30 tools to work with.

1. 1  Generate an API token under Settings → API Tokens.
2. 2  In Claude Desktop (or any MCP client), add a server config pointing to your CRM's MCP endpoint: `https://your-domain.com/mcp`
3. 3  Set the Authorization header with your Bearer token.
4. 4  Ask Claude: "List my top 5 companies by ARR" — it calls list-companies automatically.
5. 5  Use natural language to create records, update stages, generate summaries, or discover your schema.

    Pro tip: ask the agent to "describe available tools" first — it will read the 30-tool manifest and plan accordingly.

 High-quality bug reports fix issues faster. Follow these four steps and we'll triage within 48 hours.

Step 01

Reproduce it

- Identify the exact steps that trigger the bug
- Note your browser, OS, and any relevant custom field setup
- Check if it happens in multiple browsers or just one
- Capture a screenshot or screen recording if possible

Step 02

Check existing issues

- Search GitHub Issues for keywords from your bug
- Check open and closed issues — it may already be fixed
- If found, add a +1 reaction or extra reproduction details
- Review the milestone to see if it's already scheduled

Step 03

Open a new issue

- Use a clear title: "\[Bug\] What breaks, where, and how"
- Include numbered reproduction steps
- State the expected behaviour vs. what actually happened
- Attach screenshots, console errors, or network trace if relevant

Step 04

Label and submit

- Add the "bug" label before submitting
- Add "priority: high" if it blocks core workflows
- We triage all new issues within 48 hours
- You'll receive email updates as the issue progresses
